The Platte County Resource District and the University of Wyoming Cooperative Extension Service will be offereing private well water testing to Platte County residents.  Kits can be picked up at the resource district, the extension office, and the town halls in Glendo, Guernsey and Chugwater between April 19 and May 4. The water samples should be taken on May 4 and returned to either Brady Irvine or Dallas Mount that same day.  Water samples will be tested for total coliform as well as nitrate and nitrite nitrogen.  Please call Brady Irvine at 322.9060 X 113 or Dallas Mount at 322.3667 for more information.
